For being able to recover the unpaid invoices, unrepaid loans or any other type of debt, you just need to send us by fax, email or post, the documents on which your claim is based  according to the data included in the contract, or you can include the case in the new clients form, and in the shortest time possible one of our specialists will contact you and take over the case.

For being able to start the procedure for debt claim recovery, bad debt recovery, debt recovery, we will conclude a commercial mandate contract, whereby you will empower or give full rights to us to take care of your case.

First of all, we will try to recover the debt claim amicably. The work methods in the case of amicable procedure include: investigation of the debtor’s creditworthiness, debtor’s assets, investigations on the identification of shareholders and managers of the company, telephone conversations, notifications. In 90% of the cases, this method proved to be effective.

If, after these approaches, the debtor still does not respond positively to our requests, we will then start the litigious proceedings for debt recovery by calling the debtor in court followed by the enforcement thereof, also by filing criminal complaints, requests to initiate the bankruptcy proceedings, etc.

The only advanced costs will be those for the payment of stamp duty and/or court enforcement officer.

If successful, our fee consists in a charge fee between 3-18% of the bad debt value, depending on the length and amount thereof, established once with the conclusion of the mandate contract and charged only when the real and effective debt claim is recovered.

If we do not succeed with the recovery, you will not pay us a thing!
